Returns and Exchanges

We strive to fulfill all orders in two working days, but due to the small batch manufacturing of the PiFinder there can sometimes be delays. If your order won’t ship in two working days we’ll contact you with an ETA and options.

For US orders:

  • We offer free shipping on any order via USPS ground advantage which is estimated to take between 2 and 5 days and includes tracking.

  • For some products, Priority Mail is available for an additional fee. Delivery is generally 1-2 days and includes tracking.

For Canadian orders:

We ship via USPS and all options offer full tracking.

  • First class package is $20 with delivery in 7-14 days

  • Priority Mail is $35 with delivery in 6-10 days

  • Priority Mail Express is $50 with delivery in 3-5 days

For Other countries:

The PiFinder is a tool which should enhance your observing experience. If you purchase a PiFinder and it doesn’t mesh with your equipment or observing style, we’ll gladly accept it back and give it a good home!

For Assembled PiFinders:

  • Return your PiFinder for a full refund in the first Month for any reason

  • We’ll warranty the PiFinder for one year via repair or replacement

For Kits:

  • We offer personal build support, and will replace factory defective parts (IMU, GPS transceivers, camera modules, etc), but can’t offer warranties on electronic components that have been assembled.

  • Reach out if you are having trouble with your build and we’ll do what we can to help, even if you didn’t get parts from us. We just want people enjoying PiFinders!
